The silver foil side catches the light like actual snow obsidian, and the rolled edges feel smoother than I expected for a die this size. I've been using it for my warlock's eldritch blast rolls and it's quickly become my favorite D4 in the set.

The black half is a smooth matte finish that feels great to roll, and the silver foil side catches light in a really subtle way. It's heavier than my plastic dice, so it actually sits still on the table instead of sliding around.

The silver foil half has a nice weight to it and catches light way better than the plain black side. Only thing is the D4 is smaller than I pictured, so it's easy to lose on a cluttered table. Still rolls fair and looks great next to my other dice.
